Welcome to Casa Lago, our luxury holiday home in Balcones del Lago, Istan.

This spacious air-conditioned flat is built on one floor and has direct access from all rooms to the beautiful large terrace and the private fenced garden, where you will find an outdoor sofa with armchairs, a coffee table, a dining table with 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

This luxury holiday home in Balcones del Lago consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a modern kitchen and a large terrace with private garden and two communal pools.

At the entrance you will find the spacious and well decorated living-dining room with open plan fully equipped kitchen with sea views from the sofa.

The living room is equipped with a sofa, a TV table and a smart TV which is connected to high speed internet, so you have more than 2.000 international channels in all languages as well as access to a Netflix account.

The dining room has a glass table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen is fully equipped with Bosch appliances: oven, induction hob, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and a filter machine, toaster, blender, microwave and a kettle.

The high quality Boxspring beds of 180x200 ensure the perfect rest on your holiday, you will find them in every room.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub with shower screen, bidet, washbasin and toilet. The second bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower.

We provide bed linen and bath towels, so you only need to bring your personal items to our holiday home in Balcones del Lago.

There is also a small laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

This holiday home also has a private parking space in the garage, to which you have direct access from the flat.

The community is residential and very quiet. It has 2 large swimming pools and a children's pool, all fenced (open from 10:00 to 22:00, subject to availability variation). It is also surrounded by countryside, making it ideal for long walks. In the communal pools there are no sun loungers, so in the apartment you will find 2 folding sun loungers for the pool and / or the beach and also beach towels.
